Texas district Judge Ron Clark on Friday dismissed Personal Audio’s attempts to sue Apple again over its audio player patent. He determined that Apple’s $8 million in damages amounted to a “fully paid up license” not just for the iPod but also for the iPad, iPhone, and Mac.
