Twitter holding iOS 5 integration events October 10 and 12
Twitter gave a partial clue as to when iOS 5 would reach end users’ hands with details of its first two developer sessions beyond its headquarters. Barnes & Noble may be committing itself more to tablets if a reportedly leaked presentation is accurate. Sourced from a meeting, the Digital Reader tip points to the fall lineup adding a third model, the Acclaim. NewerTech debuts MaxPower RAID mini-SAS controllers
Computers with older SATA 2.0 (three gigabits per second) speeds and a PCIe 2.0 expansion slot can now overcome the built-in limitations of their drives and achieve over 4GB per second possible throughput using one of the two new MaxPower RAID mini-SAS card models in RAID 0 mode.
